'Better Call Saul' Season 2 premiere set Feb. 15; EP dishes what comes next for Jimmy

Co-creator Peter Gould has shared some details about what's going to happen in "Better Call Saul" Season 2. Stand-up comedian Bill Burr wanted to reprise his role Kuby once again. Also, the AMC series has been nominated under three categories in Writers Guild of America Award.

The show's co-creator Peter Gould teased fans as reported by Entertainment Weekly about what fans should expect in "Better Call Saul" Season 2. Gould stated, "You're gonna see what happens when Jimmy (Bob Odendirk) lives his own way. He's been living Chuck McGill's (Michael McKean) way, he's been living Kim Wexler's (Rhea Seehorn) way -- what's it like when Jimmy lives his way, and does that mean he's now Saul Goodman? How bad is he going to be now, and what does it mean to be bad?"

Elsewhere, Bill Burr blurted out that he wants to make a cameo appearance in the 2nd installment of 'Better Call Saul". According to The Wrap, the American stand-up comedian is eager to reprise his role Kuby in the AMC series. Kuby is the brains and mouth of Saul's A-team.

Meanwhile, "Better Call Saul" was nominated for three Writers Guild of America Award. As mentioned on BBC, the "Breaking Bad" prequel is nominated under the categories of Best New Series and Best Drama Series.

Show creators Peter Gould and Vince Gilligan were also nominated under the category of Best Episodic Drama for the episode "Uno". In addiion, the series' lead actor Odendirk was nominated for Best Male Actor in the SAG and the Golden Globe Awards 2016.

"Better Call Saul" Season 2 with a 10-episode run is scheduled to launch on February 15, 2016 at 10:00 p.m. exclusively on AMC. The show is also available on Netflix for online streaming right after.

"Better Call Saul" is an American TV drama series created by Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould. The storyline serves as a prequel or spin-off of "Breaking Bad".
