‘NickToons’ is an upcoming film that will feature cartoon characters from Nickelodeon’s children’s television shows from the 1990s. Director Jared Hess of ‘Napoleon Dynamite’ fame will helm the feature film. It may feature appearances from character from ‘Hey Arnold’, ‘The Rugrats’ and even ‘CatDog’.
