Starz has finally announced that "Waterloo Road' alum Sophie Skelton has been cast as Brianna for 'Outlander' Season 2. That said, EP Ron Moore stated that Brianna will appear in the 1968 arc while Richard Rankin joins as well to play the role of Roger Wakefield.
