An attorney for comedian Tracy Morgan said on Tuesday he was struggling to return "to the way he was" after suffering a serious brain injury in a New Jersey highway crash, a newspaper reported.
Actor and comedian Tracy Morgan and others in his limousine were not wearing seat belts when their vehicle was struck by a Wal-Mart truck in a June highway accident, the retailer said on Monday.
Morgan's camp claimed in its lawsuit that it was Wal-Mart's responsibility to know that its driver have violated federal regulations, which says drivers are required to have enough rest and sleep to do long-distance shifts, Philly.com reported.
