The five permanent UN Security Council members met again on Thursday to discuss the appropriate response to last week's chemical attack. The meeting lasted for just under an hour. US, British, French, Chinese and Russian diplomats declined to comment to reporters after it.
The suspects were identified to The Associated Press as coming from Chechnya, which has been plagued by an Islamic insurgency from separatist wars. A law enforcement intelligence bulletin obtained by the AP identified the surviving bomb suspect as Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, a 19-year-old who had been living in Cambridge.
The exiled Russian tycoon Boris Berezovsky has been found dead at his home in Surrey on Saturday, the BBC News reported,and his family has confirmed. It is not yet known how the 67-year-old has died, though suicide is what has been first suspected as the cause. He has been a wanted man in Russia for quite some time. In the past years, he survived numerous assassination attempts.
