The University of Tennessee including football superstar Peyton Manning was sued for sexual assault. The case was filed by a group of women from Tennessee who claimed that they were sexually abused.
Two sports giants settled their legal differences this week. NIKE and ex-NFL star Shawne Merriman issued statements that the agreement was amicable. Merriman had previously sued NIKE for $18 million in damages for allegedly violating his trademark line "Lights Out."
