Sterling's racial statements launch NBA investigation
In the wake of the audio recording scandal involving Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling and his rumored girlfriend V. Stiviano, the National Basketball Association is expected to make a statement on Tuesday as part of its investigation on Sterling's alleged racist remarks, USA Today said.
