24-year-old Buford Rogers, of Montevideo Minnesota, was arrested on Friday, and charged with one count of possession of contained Molotov cocktails, suspected pipe bombs and firearms. He is charged with one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Autopsies reveal that a 35-year-old mother, Stephanie Shields, took her own life after allegedly drowning her two young children, ages 6 and 7 on Easter Day.
