The family of a California man who was shot and killed by an off-duty police officer following an altercation intend to sue the city of Los Angeles in pursuit of justice for their loved one.
A suspected drunk driver hit a police vehicle on Sunday morning injuring two LA Police Department officers and heavily damaged their vehicle. Other vehicles parked nearby were also affected in the collision before the driver's car rolled to its side.
Two Los Angeles Police Department officers accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting four women while on duty between 2008 to 2011 were charged Wednesday and are scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced.
