The Queen B and Jay-Z inks deal with HBO to air their special 40 song Paris concert on TV. There seems to be no stopping music's power couple Beyoncé and Jay Z as they recently inked a deal with cable giant HBO to gain exclusive rights to film and air the pair's On The Run concert to be held in Paris this coming September.
