Julio Acevedo, the 44-year old man wanted for the hit and run crash while driving a BMW, which kille a young Brooklyn couple, surrendered to authorities in Pennsylvania on Wednesday evening, the NYPD announced. An elderly man, 79, was shot and killed in Brooklyn, possibly by a stray bullet - on Sunday. The man was rushed to a hospital, and was pronounced dead.
