A bill purposely filed to not pass but to make a point in the debate regarding women's right to abortion has been filed in South Carolina. The legislation was meant to force men who want to get Viagra to go through all the troubles women experience to get access to abortion services.
Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky filed a lawsuit against the state of Indiana, saying the new state law restricting abortion is unconstitutional.
The Louisiana House has voted on Wednesday to triple the wait time for women seeking abortion, bringing it to a total of 72 hours or three days from the previous 24-hour period. Louisiana could be the sixth state to have the longest waiting periods nationwide.
