As former Reagan administration lawyer Bruce Fein denied the complaints of plagiarism he earlier made against Kentucky Republican senator Rand Paul, former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli and the conservative activist group Freedomworks, an email from Paul's staff to Fein might have implied that Fein did have a change of heart.
