A digital media expert said to Businessweek that television broadcasters might have been afraid of the possibility that the decision on Aereo's service by the US Supreme Court on Tuesday might inspire rich cable and Internet companies to create some form of the streaming startup's business model for their businesses that could challenge the pay-television industry.
