"Teen Mom 2" stars and couple Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert are reportedly still working on their marriage amidst reports that the latter had already filed for a divorce.
According to RumorFix, a source close to the couple revealed to the site that the two have not thrown the white towel yet. Instead, they are still working things out and smoothing their already rocky marriage.
Earlier this week, InTouch Weekly reported that Jeremy had already filed for divorce from Leah to end their two years of marriage.
A source told the site that Jeremy had already had enough of Leah. "They've been having problems for a while now, and Leah cheating in October was the final straw," revealed the insider.
Last month, the mother of three was rumored to have cheated on Jeremy after she hooked up and reunited with her former boyfriend, Robbie Kidd.
"She always thought she'd be able to win him back. The fact that she can't has made her a total mess. She's hit rock bottom," said the source, adding "Leah wronged Jeremy and now she's begging for his forgiveness. But he's totally done with her."
Meanwhile, Radar Online reported that Leah has reportedly quit from MTV series "Teen Mom" in order to salvage her failing marriage. According to the site, the reality star allegedly thinks that scrutiny from the public will only further destroy her marriage to Jeremy.
"Things are still rocky for them. Leah is doing everything she can to keep her family together, including leaving reality TV. All the attention from the show played a hand in one failed marriage, and she's not going to let that happen again," shared a source to Radar Online.
Aside from this, Leah also left the reality series for fear that she might lose custody of her twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah, from her first husband Corey Simms.
"Leah's final court date is coming up, and her behavior on the show made her look really bad to the judge," said an insider to the site about the custody battle between Leah and Corey.
In a July episode, Leah had been seen falling asleep and slurring her words after allegedly ingesting too many prescription pills for anxiety.
