Things are absolutely getting worse for reality star Benzino as bad luck just keeps on coming at him.
After getting fired from the reality TV series "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta," the rapper is now facing the wrath of the IRS after failing to pay his taxes for over 10 years.
TheJasmineBrand reported that the 50-year-old has a tax debt totaling to a whopping sum of $5,181,788.50.
The lien documents filed in Georgia state showed the following breakdown of the tax lien that Benzino has not paid for over decade: $178,397.30 in 1997, $760,867.19 in 1998, $691,828.28 in 1999, $1,339,844.11 in 2000, $634,281.39 in 2001, $1,437,688.00 in 2002, $19,969.91 in 2003, $12,975.36 in 2004, $87,366.32 in 2005 and $18,470.64 in 2008.
Apparently, this is a bad time for a tax rap as he is no longer generating income from the VH1 reality TV series.
On other news, new faces are expected to grace the upcoming season of "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" following the boot of Benzino and fiancé Althea Heart from the show.
Wetpaint reported that rumors have been circulating that one of the possible candidates to join the cast is "Don't Mess With My Man" singer, Nivea.
According to the site, Media Takeout was the first to announce that Nivea and the show's executive producers are already in agreement. The producers allegedly approached the R&B singer and she reportedly agreed to be cast in the show. The site claimed that both parties are already working out the paperwork.
Aside from being an R&B singer, Nivea is also widely known as the ex-wife of The Dream and the mother of his two children. She is also Lil' Wayne's ex-fiancé and shares a son with him. Presently, she is constantly hitting jabs at Cristina Milian who was also married to The Dream and is currently dating Lil' Wayne.
With her profile, Nivea could make a great addition to the cast with her interesting storyline.
