Mother-to-be Joseline Hernandez is now wanted by the New York Police Department following the brawl that happened during a reunion show of "Love and Hiphop: Atlanta."

Althea Heart has recently filed a police report with NYPD against Joseline. According to a report by TMZ, Heart claimed that Hernandez was the one who instigated the fight which happened during a reunion taping for their television series.

The site reported that Hernandez could be arrested and could possibly face charges if ever she gets spotted and pulled over in New York City.

Heart, however, did not only stop there as the reality star also filed a lawsuit against her co-star. She claimed in the suit that Hernandez was high on cocaine during the fight.

According to the suit as reported by TMZ, Heart claimed that eyewitnesses saw Hernandez smoking crack cocaine backstage during the show.

The site also speculated that the lawsuit could mean that the fight was not part of the script and was not arranged by the producers of the show.

On other news, Stevie J recently spoke about the brawl that also involved him and his co-star and former best friend Benzino. Breathecast reported that the "Love and Hiphop: Atlanta" star claimed that Benzino attempted to hit his wife, Joseline, as he tried to protect his fiancé, Althea.

"She had a couple of bouts. Wasn't no knock outs. It was just, you know, some hair pullin', a lil scratching', you know. Nah, nah it was just a quick hair pull here and there; it wasn't even serious. It was like 40 security guards in there so, what basically can you do?" said Stevie J.

Meanwhile, Joseline took to Instagram to express her side on the issue. She posted a series of messages that told her opinion of the matter.

"It's funny that 2 [men] beefing about 1 [woman] and start a riot and I get blame for everything. Roll the camera please!!" read one of her posts as per report by Breathecast.

"All the Bulls**t I gotta deal with cause [people] will do and say anything for a story line. Funny. #Lhhatl know exactly what I'm talking about. Mona Scott need to check her workers because I will have a lot to say ASAP rocky," another post read.
