The bloody era of "Sons of Anarchy" is nearing its end after seven seasons of action and drama-packed episodes.
According to Fashion & Style, show creator Kurt Sutter confirmed the last day of filming for the hit FX series on Twitter. "Day 10 of 10. Tired. Grateful. Medicated," posted Sutter on his account.
Aside from his post, he also shared a few photos from the set of episode 13, the finale episode for the television series.
In one of the photos he shared a helicopter with a caption, "Heli time. #soa #finalride."
The show's mastermind also explained his vision for the season finale. "I can't worry about what the perception is going to be, I just have to tell the story. I know how I want it to end, and that's the way I'm going to end it, and however it lands in terms of the landscape of things, that's the way it will land," said Sutter in an interview with Entertainment Weekly
Members of the cast and crew also posted some selfies and behind-the-scene photos, leaving fans with a mystery on what will happen at the finish line of the series.
Kim Coates, one of the stars of the series, posted a shirtless shot showing off his fake tattoos from his last day of playing Tig. He captioned it with, "No clothes no tears no cryin no fears.. Final selfie final day final ride come what may.. Bye kids bye TIG.. For Ever."
Meanwhile, International Business Times reported that Jax will continue his journey in seeking revenge for the death of his beloved wife, Tara.
Charlie Hunnam, who plays the role of Jax, revealed that his character will be going after the loved ones of his wife's murderers and will let them suffer a slow and painful death.
"Anyone else in the world, 100 percent guaranteed he's gonna murder them in slow and brutal fashion, but it's his mother, you know. It's gonna be complicated," the lead "Sons of Anarchy" star spilled to Entertainment Weekly as per report by International Business Times.
"Sons of Anarchy" season 7 is currently airing every Tuesday, 10 pm on FX. The season finale is scheduled to air on December 9.
