Fans of the Freya-Killian love team, popularly known as Frillian, will surely miss the on-screen romance of both characters in "Witches of East End" this week, as the show decides to take a one-week break. But they will definitely look forward to what's in store for the estranged lovers in the upcoming fifth episode of the show's second season.
Lifetime released the official synopsis of "Witches of East End" Season 2, Episode 5 entitled "Boogie Knight," told Hollywood Hills. With the show's return next week, a lot of Frillian action will surely be seen as Freya (Jenna Dewan-Tatum) will be going back to her past life with Killian (Daniel DiTomasso).
Even before the synopsis was released, Tatum, as reported by Fashion & Style, had already hinted about the mini reunion of both characters when she slipped during the recently concluded Comic-Con saying, "It's coming." She then hit the break saying, "Oh wait can I say that?," upon realizing that she might spill some huge beans.
"WOEE" Executive Producer Maggie Friedman, on the other hand, said that Freya and Killian will still have "a long road ahead."
Meanwhile, the official synopsis also teased about a possible reconciliation between Frederick (Christian Cooke) and his aunt Wendy (Mädchen Amick). They will both try to stop Mandragora, the blue creature that has been feeding on Ingrid (Rachel Boston) and the residents of East End.
Since the beginning of the show's second season, Wendy has constantly been skeptical about the real intentions of Frederick upon his return. It can be recalled in the previous episodes that Frederick betrayed his entire family when he decided to stay in Asghard and be an ally to his corrupt grandfather. Despite the acceptance of the entire Beauchamp family, Wendy still thinks that Frederick is up to no good. Will the gap between Wendy and Frederick be finally bridged this coming episode as they join in fighting the mystical creature?
Episode 5 of "Witches of East End" Season 2 will premiere next week, August 10, 2014 on Lifetime.
