A Florida woman who sued after being barred from volunteering at her kid's school because she was an OnlyFans model has no legal right to volunteer, according to the judge's ruling.
Victoria Triece was banned from volunteering at Sand Lake Elementary School in 2021 after an anonymous tipster sent information, including images from the site, to the school principal, WKMG-6 reported. Triece sued the district over the issue in 2021.
Among Triece's allegations were that images sent to the principal were inappropriately disseminated to school employees and personnel, the station reported. The judge ruled against Triece on this point stating that the images only were sent as part of school buinsess in deciding what to do.
Further, the judge stated the district "was under constitutional and statutory obligation to produce (Triece's) images in response to public records requests that OCPS received from (her) own counsel and from the news media," the station quoted the ruling.
The judge also ruled that Triece did not have a right to volunteer at the school and that the school's actions did not adversely impact her ability to raise her children. "The record before the Court does not contain any evidence that supports Plaintiff's assertion that her right to raise her child has been constitutionally impaired. On the contrary, the evidence in the record shows that Plaintiff is free to attend school-related activities with her children," the station quoted the ruling.
Previously, Triece spoke to WESH-2 and told the station that she felt the district had unfairly judged her.
"Nobody has the right to judge what other people do for a living. I feel judged, and so isolated," she told the station. "I was humiliated, and I should not, and no one else should be concerned about what another parent does. I just love spending time with my kids and I have a great relationship with other parents and students."
