‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 19 Update: Andi Dorfman and ‘The Bachelorette’ winner to compete against each other on ‘DWTS’ dance floor? LA Galaxy’s Landon Donovan to vie for the Mirror Ball?

With the successful Season 18 of "Dancing With the Stars," speculations from the viewers and media begin to spark as to who will battle it out on the dance floor in Season 19. "The Bachelorette" star Andi Dorfman's name resounds amid the tittle-tattle about the cast of DWTS' 19th season, as the 27-year-old former assistant district attorney will allegedly be a contender.

Reports from Hollywood Life suggest that producers of the reality dance show approached Dorfman to offer as slot as a contender among an array of celebrities who vie for the most sought-after Mirror Ball Trophy.

"She's been asked and is also preparing to do the next season of the show," said the insider of Hollywood Life.

Rumors linking both "The Bachelorette" and "Dancing With the Stars" did not end with Andi Dorfman alone. Further reports also claim that DWTS show runners target the winner of "The Bachelorette" Season 10 to also compete in the show.

Albeit the show is currently running on ABC until its season finale on July 28, "The Bachelorette" ending has already circulated the internet suggesting that Dorfman will hand over the rose to Josh Murray and finally be engaged with her. With this widespread buzz, DWTS producers allegedly eye both Dorfman and Murray on the show in the next season.

"There has been talk that she is going to do it with her man," the Hollywood Life source added. "They will compete against each other along with the other stars."

Although the news is still unconfirmed, viewers will definitely get excited to see "The Bachelorette" herself compete with her new fiancé for the coveted Mirror Ball.

In related news, soccer superstar Landon Donovan is also rumored to be a prospective cast for Season 19 of "Dancing With the Stars" despite official announcement is said to happen in the fall.

Reports suggest that Donovan, who failed to participate in this year's world cup competition, will have the chance to compete not on the soccer field but on the ballroom dance floor, as ABC officials are allegedly eyeing the 32-year-old LA Galaxy player for Season 19 of "DWTS."

"They have wanted Landon forever on the show," the source of Hollywood Life said. "Now that everyone is having World Cup fever and Landon was left off the [World Cup] team. They want him to win another trophy - the Mirror Ball trophy."
