As "Star Wars Episode 7" inches closer to its release, spoilers about the plot of George Lucas' renowned classic film, which has drawn enormous numbers of followers since its first movie release in 1977, are rapidly sprouting like mushrooms on the internet.

While moviegoers and fans are endlessly speculating about the franchise's plot, reports confirmed that "Star Wars Episode 7" will be featuring a new trio of fresh actors who will pursue their quest into space.

Allegedly transpiring 30 years after "The Return of the Jedi," the epic saga is reported to pick up from what the devastation of Darth Vader, the film's prime antagonist, had left.

"Star Wars" creator George Lucas has always averred that the screenplay, as what he has originally penned, will be a series of three trilogies, making nine films in total. With the huge span of time spent to bring the movie to the big screen, spectators start to wonder if they will still be able to finish all nine.

Original members of the cast, Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, and Carrie Fisher, will also still be on-board to take on their former characters.

Spotted in the Forest of Dean, the production team of "Star Wars Episode 7" is said to be currently filming in United Kingdom. The present location is said to be a perfect set for the movie's upcoming installment as it houses out-this-world looking canopies with huge roots of the trees springing up from the ground.

However, Harrison Ford who will play Han Solo in the movie series reportedly injured his leg, leading the production team to put filming on a two-week hiatus in order for Ford to fully recover.

Die-hard fans of the epic space opera film are also looking forward to the movie's IMAX release. Special effects of the previous "Star Wars" saga installments had delighted its audiences. But with toted HD exposure, digital surround audio, and an IMAX-wide screen, fans will definitely be overwhelmed.
