A new lawsuit filed in a California court is alleging country singer Garth Brooks sexually assaulted his stylist, and in one incident, she says the star held her upside down by her feet in what she described as a painful sexual assault.

Filed on October 3 by "Jane Roe," the suit states that the incidents occurred over the course of several years while Roe was working for Brooks.

Brooks has vehemently denied these accusations.

Furthermore, it goes on to say the country star attempted to cover up his alleged harassment of Roe by taking her phone and deleting explicit texts that he had sent her.

The 27-page filing reveals that in 2019, Brooks reportedly forced her to touch his erect penis while she was styling her hair. It goes on to accuse the singer of regularly exposing his genitals and talking about sex while sharing sexual fantasies and sexually explicit messages with the stylist.

According to court documents, Brooks took advantage of her financial hardships and used it as an opportunity to subject a female employee to engage in sexual acts as a means of gratification.

Brooks for his part, took to Instagram to share with fans that if there was ever a moment where he needed to be among them, it was his concert last night:
