Police arrests Shia LaBeouf at Broadway show for disorderly conduct

Shia LaBeouf is displaying his erratic behavior in public again. Police said that the "Transformers" actor was take out of a Broadway theater in New York City after interrupting a show performance. It happened on Thursday night during a Studio 54 showing of "Cabaret" in Manhattan, Fox News said.

According to the police, the actor interfered with the show and used obscene language. A spokesman for the show confirmed that LaBeouf was disruptive during the first act of the show and was later on escorted by authorities out of the theater at intermission. He was later book on disorderly conduct and criminal trespass and was later released by authorities the next morning following his court appearance, the news outlet reported.

At the time of the arrest, the 28 year-old was wearing a ripped blue shirt, skinny jeans and boots. He was spotted and immediately surrounded by media whil walking several blocks to a hotel. Throughout the walk, the actor declined to comment about the incident and his arrest.

He is expected in court on July 24.

This would not be the first time LaBeouf had trouble with the law. Back in 2007, the A-lister was arrested and charged with criminal misdemeanor trespassing following his visit to a Walgreen's store in the wee hours of the morning three separate times. When he spoke to late-night host David Letterman about the incident, he said, "Drinking and driving is one thing, but drinking and shopping ... it's just as bad."

Fox News said the charges were later dropped.

In January, the "Nymphomaniac" star made headlines when he announced his retirement from all public life after being accused of plagiarism. He then was notorious for walking to a red-carpet event wearing a paper bag over his head with the words, "I am not famous anymore." He also hosted a bizaare, one-man show titled "#IAmSorry."
