Two Los Angeles siblings, ages 4 and 2, were kidnapped by their biological, nomadic parents, who are allegedly capable of living "off-grid".

It's been nearly two weeks since four-year-old Wyman Bryant and his two-year-old sister Willow went missing.

Parents Tiffany Bryant, 39, and David James, 53, abducted the children during a Department of Children and Family Services supervised visit on August 14.

Nina Glass, director of the nonprofit Search & Rescue San Antonio, Inc., said that Bryant and James left with Wyman and Willow through an emergency exit but left behind their 15-month-old child.

"They are the type of people that can live off grid, if that makes sense. They like to be out there in the middle of nowhere," Glass said of the parents.

"State parks-we always say RV parks, rest areas-you might see them at truck stops because they're nomadic. They live out of their car. They don't really have an address."

Last week, the CHP issued an Amber Alert on behalf of the LA County Sheriff's Department, according to ABC 7.

The children have been in the care of a foster family since last year after the 15-month-old baby tested positive for drugs in their system at birth.

This is reportedly the second time the couple has taken their children.

Following the birth of their third child last summer, the couple ran off with the children; however, they were found two months later yet were still granted visitation rights after that.
