J.K. Rowling & Piers Morgan Feud Over Twitter, Bookstore Owner Tweets Entire Harry Potter Book

By

J.K. Rowling and Piers Morgan have been feuding over Twitter. The argument started when Rowling posted a video of Morgan shut off in a US Talk show.

According to Independent, Morgan was in argument with Jim Jefferies in the US Talk show "Real Time with Bill Maher." The topic was about President Donald Trump's travel ban. Morgan refused to believe that the travel ban was also a Muslim ban. This was then that he had an argument with Jefferies over the show.

Following the US Talk show, Rowling then vented to Twitter that it has been satisfying to see Morgan being shut off in the show. However, Morgan did not stay silent; in fact he went to Twitter and responded to Rowling's post. He noted that this has been the reason why he never read any Harry Potter books.

BBC reported that Morgan and Rowling had been exchanging posts through Twitter lashing out at each other. The arguments over Twitter between the two personalities led to Morgan's son being caught in between. Spencer Morgan has a Harry Potter tattoo on his arm.

The other posts from Rowling lashing out at Morgan included a post on her book ales and receiving an award for her Harry Potter books. The report indicated that these two spend most of their arguments on twitter. They exchange words venting out about their opinion for each other.

Meanwhile, Engadget reported that Simon Key, the co-owner of the Big Green Bookshop in North London, England decided to take his side on the author. Key then tweeted the first chapter of the Harry Potter and the sorcerer's Stone.

Key planned to tweet the entire book addressed to Morgan. The totality of his planned tweet for the book would be 32,567 tweets and all of these will be targeted towards Morgan. Key has just started the tweet about the book.
