No matter what, the democrats are hell bent on stopping the President of the United States and his Republicans the toughest time to have Trump's nominee Judge Neil Gorsuch, take a seat in the Supreme Court. Again, the absence of the Democrats lacked the applause inside the Hill.w
Senator Joe Munchin (D) West Virginia, appealed to his colleagues to give President Trump's nominee a chance, as he knows the judge to be a fair and straight man. He urged fellow democrats to talk to him, know him and make their assessment if he really is for that Supreme Court seat. Manchin noted that when former President George W. Bush nominated Senator Neil Gorsuch to the 10th US Court of Appeals in 2006 based in Denver, there was no opposition whatsoever as reported by Time.
Democrats have a lot on their minds why they don't want Trump's nominee, Senator Neil Gorsuch in the Supreme Court lineup. For Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D) Massachusetts, Gorsuch leans more on CEOs and investors than for the workers' welfare and the consumers. She further stated that Judge Gorsuch sided with the Capitalists throughout his career.
Trump wants Judge Gorsuch to have that Supreme Court seat. The President talked to his VP, Mike Pence to "go nuclear" if they can't get the 60 senator votes for the Judge Neil Gorsuch. Going nuclear is an option that will do away with the 60 vote margin and will simply base the confirmation on the vast majority. 51 votes will suffice for the Supreme Court seat, reports New York Times.
Senator Neil Gorsuch (R) Colorado is the right person to take the last seat at the US Supreme Court, according to President Donald Trump. He further added that it would be a waste of character if the democrats hinder the confirmation with their cause of obstructionism.
Judge Neil Gorsuch, once confirmed, is the youngest judge at 49 years old, appointed to the United States Supreme Court, from The Telegraph report.
