Relationship problems can range from a various things. It can start from happening too quickly to ending too quickly. It can even begin from one side of the party not liking the other side's friends, family, hobbies, or anything else. But out of all these things, one problem shows up as one of the most common of bumps in a relationship: sex. Sometimes, it happens when there's too much of it and on a more common note, too little of it. Scheduling sex, however, shows quite the improvement in a lot for a lot of couples out there.

Many have said that in order to spice up your sex life, you need to be spontaneous and unpredictable. Your sex should come out of nowhere, surprise your partner, and take her unguarded position as something to make things between the sheets-or wherever you decide to have it happen-more thrilling. According to Express, experts now claim that the best way to ensure that your love life is in its peak of happiness is to schedule your intimate encounters. This is due to experts saying that the likelihood of you and your partner ever feeling the same amount of sexual arousal to spontaneously have sex is so low that it would save you both time by putting a date in your diary and scheduling it as such.

Daily Mail would even go far with a couple of more hints and tips about the issue, stating that having sex once a week is fine when it comes to being intimate with your partner. According to Tracey Cox, people in couples don't need to try so hard. They don't need to each be individual porn stars to have the same excitement as when they first met. Rather, it would be simpler and more effective to keep it within real, attainable goals, one of which being that five minutes of sex is enough. While different things work for different couples, there is some comfort in knowing that having attainable and real romantic goals can be just as effective as going above and beyond for your partner in terms of intimacy.
