"Real Housewives of New Jersey" actress Teresa Giudice prepares on a new legal battle against former attorney, James Kridel on financial malpractices. The legal proceedings will be done with the help of her former attorney Carlos Cuevas, while bankruptcy trustee John W. Sywilok will serve as her representative in behalf of her unsecured creditors.

According to Enstarz, "RHONJ" actress Teresa Giudice currently prepares on suing her former bankruptcy attorney James Kridel for bank, mail and wire fraud. Teresa's current attorney, Carlos Cuevas claims that Kridel made material errors in the bankruptcy documents since he did not mention her job, monthly salary, properties, and automobiles before he allowed the actress to sign.

The process will be handled by her bankruptcy trustee John W. Sywilok by which he stated, "Once I get reappointed, it's my function to liquidate any assets for the benefit of the creditors. Any funds released from this action would benefit the unsecured creditors. As far as I know, none of them have been paid."

Trustee John W. Sywilok will serve as the representative of Teresa Giudice in behalf of the estate creditors that she still owes, Gossip Moms reports.

During the ongoing legal proceedings, Teresa revealed via her court papers that she only received a gross monthly salary of $7,083.33 for her participation in the season premiere of "RHONJ". The 43-year-old reality star's salary has drastically changed as she would be receiving $1 million for her role on the upcoming season 7.

However, she is required to give 25% of her network salary to the government in order to pay for her restitution bill of over $400,000, Radar Online has learned.

Teresa and husband Joe Giudice bankcruptcy, mortgage, and tax evasion case was closed on September 2014. The couple pleaded guilty to serious fraud charges and were sentenced to imprisonment in October 2014. Teresa started serving her time in January 2015 and was released on December 2015 while Joe started his 41-month jailtime at Fort Dix in New Jersey.
