Austin "Chum Lee" Russell is slated to face the court on Monday, May 23 for the pre-court hearing of his felony charges. Chum Lee is currently released from the Clark County Detention Center by paying $62,000 bail bond and had attended nightclub parties to work as a DJ. With the help of his lawyers, he is also ready to claim his acquittal, Hollywood Life reports.

According to Morning Ledger, Chum Lee was allegedly charged with 19 felonious cases of drug offenses and 1 case of illegal possession of guns. Aside from that, he was also charged with 1 sexual assault complaint however, the rape case has not been brought to the court due to lack of evidences.

The said accusation came from his fellow pawnshop employee who claimed that she was sexually assaulted by the 33-year-old American businessman and reality TV star at the back-end of the pawnshop's office.

Amid the cases filed, Corey Harrison, Chum Lee's childhood friend and fellow employee defended him stating, "There are always 3 sides of the story, yours, theirs, and the truth. This was perceived to be an appeal for the public not to judge Chum Lee until the court does so", Movie News Guide cited.

If Chum Lee is found guilty on all accounts, the fallen "Pawn Stars" fame might not be able to get his career back, clean his reputation, regain his wealth and have a bright future.
