Singer Beyonce is showing her support to North Carolina protesters who seek to repeal the state bill that limits the legal protections to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. Though the entertainment star did not directly voice out her disapproval of the said law, a photo she displayed on her site speaks for it.

According to ABC News, on the singers' official online site, the wife of rapper Jay Z displayed a picture of a person wearing a T-shirt that says, "Y'all means all" along with the Equality NC's internet address link.

Beyonce also stated that NC is among the several organizations that are doing a good job to "overturn" the bill. She is also asking her fans to make donations, to volunteer or go to the event that the organization is hosting.

On Wednesday, the singer also took her "The Formation World Tour" to Raleigh. Beyonce said she thought it was important "to bring attention to those who are committed to carrying on the message of equality," Press of Atlantic City quoted.

The Grammy Award performer was at the Carter Finley Stadium in North Carolina State University, Daily News reported. Other artists including Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, Ringo Starr, Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas, who were reported to have cancelled their North Cackalaky shows due to the ongoing protest.

The performance of the singer was also postponed for more than one hour following the lightning storm in the area. However, she returned to stage at near midnight to perform.

The HB2 or the Bathroom law, which requires transgender people to use public bathrooms based on their gender on their birth certificate, has been widely condemned by gay-rights groups, businesses and entertainers.

Some have relocated offices and cancelled shows in the state. Several other states have proposed similar laws in recent months, limiting protection to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.
