Rape Lawsuit Against GOP Presidential Frontrunner Donald Trump Dismissed

The lawsuit that accuses Republican frontrunner and billionaire Donald Trump of sexual abuse has been dismissed. A judge also ordered the plaintiff to pay her own legal fees as well as court costs as the case has been tossed out.

Katie Johnson's $100 million rape lawsuit against defendants US presidential hopeful Donald Trump and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein will not continue further in the court, a decision made by a US District judge on Monday, Radar Online reported. Johnson filed using forms for civil rights cases in California, which allow relief for legal costs as she has only $300 to her name.

"Plaintiff has not alleged any race-based or class-based animus against her, and consequently, her allegations fail to state a claim upon which relief may be granted," the judge wrote on the ruling. The legal complaint was filed on April 26th in a federal court in California, accusing Trump and Wall Street financier, Epstein of "sexual abuse under threat of harm" and "conspiracy to deprive her civil rights."

Johnson stated she was allegedly raped by Trump when she was 13 years old. According to her lawsuit, Trump forced her to perform minor sexual acts, Mirror cited. Her court filing also stated that the US presidential candidate, who was 34 years old at the time, yelled at her and the other alleged victim, Maria Doe, who was then 12, for not performing well over their sexual acts.

Johnson claimed Trump, who became violent, tied her in a bed and raped her. She reportedly begged the billionaire to "wear a condom"; however, he violently striked her in the face. The allegations were all denied by the 69-year old politician.

The alleged rape happened in New York during a party in 1994 while she was searching for a modeling job, Gossip Extra reported. As the case was dismissed, Johnson is now looking for a lawyer and plans to file the complaint again. However, the address listed does not exist, according to Trump's people.

Trump slammed Johnson's allegations, which he believes are not only categorically false, but also "disgusting at the highest level". He also accused the plaintiff of wanting to gain media attention or just simply "politically motivated."
