Chumlee to face trial for gun, drug charges next month; Shoe collection on eBay still up for grabs

"Pawn Stars" Chumlee faces the trial court on Monday, May 23. He was arrested on drugs and weapon charges a few weeks ago and new details about what police investigators found in his Las Vegas home has been released.

According to Las Vegas Sun, police investigators found drugs and a number of illegal weapons inside Austin Lee "Chumlee" Russell in his Las Vegas home. Chumlee allegedly didn't want them going into a vault that he had and he was forced to open the vault. Inside, police found the drugs and several guns. Only 4 of the guns found were registered to Russell.

Investigators have detailed what they found out via USA Today stating, "Chumlee has a Chum Chum room with dance pole. In the Chum Chum room, police found and seized a clear plastic bag with white residue and a $1 bill rolled up with white powdery residue. It should also be noted that the amount of narcotics found throughout the residence suggests Russell openly allows and participates in the unlawful use and possession of narcotics."

The 33-year-old Reality star was arrested after a raid on his home on Wednesday, March 9 while investigating a sexual assault claim in which he is the primary culprit. Police arrested him due to violating the law prohibiting possession of a gun by a user or addict of any controlled substance.

Two days before the house arrest, Chumlee tweeted last March 7 informing the fans that he was going to auction off some of his famous shoe collection on eBay. The "Pawn Star" fame has posted more than one dozen pairs up for grabs on the internet sales services site, Rrune has learned.

Chumlee will be facing a total of 20 charges which consist of 19 drug charges and one sexual assault charge. The alleged victim, whose identity has not been released publicly, is or was an employee of Gold and Silver Pawn Shop.
