One Direction band mate Louis Tomlinson has apparently got into a serious fight with former girlfriend Briana Jungwirth. The former couple has a son and both parties are now supposedly battling for custody of the baby. It is said that Tomlinson will not accept the visitation agreement made by Jungwirth.
According to In Touch Weekly, former couple Louis Tomlinson and Briana Jungwirth has come to an agreement over the custody battle of their son, Freddie Reign Tomlinson, who was born in January.
However, things got serious when the 23-year-old LA based unemployed mom and her family demanded $84,000.00 monthly financial support for her and their baby. However, the One Direction turned down the offer and asked for $54,000.00. Tomlinson's final offer was $8,200.00 a month which would cover health, car insurance, and house rent. He also requested for a 50/50 custody.
As for the latest arrangement for the child custody battle, the agreement made is that Tomlinson can visit his son Freddie for several hours a week, however, he is not allowed to stay overnight. it is claimed that that the 24-year-old One Direction band member is not happy with the arrangement and needs significant hours with his baby, Daily Mail has learned.
On the other hand, Jungwirth is allegedly not satisfied with what Tomlinson is paying for the upkeep of their baby. Another thing is that she may allow her baby's father to meet and bond with their child but refused Danielle Campbell's presence. This is because the baby's mother doesn't want baby Freddie to be confused on who his real mother is, Hollywood Life has cited.
Jungwirth and Tomlinson had a short-lived relationship after he parted ways with his long-time girlfriend Eleanor Calder in 2015. The two dated and never got back together, suddenly, the pregnancy news came soon after the official breakup. Their relationship was never confirmed officially, though the former couple were then spotted at the hot-spots of Los Angeles.
