‘Teen Wolf’ season 6 Cast Update, Premiere Date: Kira’s storyline wrapped up; ‘The Nazi Werewolf’, Pete Ploszek coming

'Teen Wolf' season 6 premieres this July without Kira Yukimura. Arden Cho bids farewell from the show as her character's storyline is already wrapped up. New main villain 'The Nazi Werewolf', among other baddies, is coming to Beacon Hills. New cast includes Pete Ploszek.

American hit series 'Teen Wolf' is returning this July with all new season. But ahead the premiere date, fans were already shocked by the news that Kira, played by Arden Cho, is not returning to the show.

Actress Cho announced Monday her departure from the show. In an emotional video posted on Youtube, Cho said, "I love Kira Yukimura so much. I love the Yukimura family ... I loved my experience on 'Teen Wolf.' I love the cast and crew. It's been an amazing almost 3-and-a-half years, it's gone by so fast. But unfortunately it looks like we are wrapped up with Kira's storyline and she won't be coming back for season 6."

She also apologized to fans for the comments she made before as she implied that she will be returning for 'Teen Wolf' season 6. Cho also wished for a more epic ending for her character. The last time viewers saw Kira, she helped Scott's pack defeat Theo by using her connection to the Skinwalkers. Kira promised she would return to the Skinwalkers following the defeat of The Beast, and she and Scott shared a goodbye.

According to CarterMatt, 'Teen Wolf' is known for axing major characters from the show. Before Arden Cho, Daniel Sharman, Colton Haynes, Crystal Reed and Tyler Hoechlin had departed from the series.

Meanwhile, viewers will see new villains in 'Teen Wolf' season 6. According to Movie Pilot, 'The Nazi Werewolves' will be one of the big baddies next season. The other villains include a mythology, with a man riding horsed, 3 tall guys.

Moreover, the publication also reports that actor Pete Ploszek is also coming to Beacon Hills as a charming teacher called Mr. Garrett Douglas. On the other hand, Ian Bohen and Cody Christian are confirmed returning. Dylan O'Brien, who is returning to the set of 'The Maze Runner', also confirmed that there is no conflict with his appearance in 'Teen Wolf' season 6.
