A former bodyguard of the British singer-songwriter Sir Elton John filed a lawsuit against him for the alleged sexual harassment and battery. The plaintiff stated on the complaint, the singer tried to grab his private part and was told to show it.
According to Daily Mail, Sir Elton John is being accused of sexual harassment by Jeffrey Wenninger, his former bodyguard. Wenniger said, the incident happened in 2014, while they were together in a car. The singer allegedly placed his hands down his trousers and attempted to touch his genitals.
The former bodyguard stated on his lawsuit that he was told to show his private part, saying "get your todger out" and "say hello to Uncle Elton". The 69 year old British singer faces sexual harassment and battery lawsuit, which Wenninger filed in Los Angeles, California.
Wenniger, who said he refrain from working as the singer's bodyguard in September 2014 said, he tried to confront and physically resist him, however, the singer continued to sexually harassed him, Mirror reported. The lawsuit went on, stating Elton John allegedly "twisted his nipples" and said, "You gorgeous thing you".
The filed complaint also claims, the plaintiff suffered "physical, mental and emotional injuries, pain, distress, suffering, anguish, fright, nervousness, grief, anxiety, worry, shame, mortification, injured feelings, shock, humiliation and indignity," the Wrap quoted.
The singer denied the allegations. His representing lawyer, Orin Snyder, who was also the US attorney for the singer's Rocket Entertainment Group said the lawsuit allegations are "baseless" brought by a "disgruntled" former security officer seeking to extract an undeserved payment. Wenniger is seeking"unspecified" damages to the case.
