"Grey's Anatomy" alum Jeffrey Dean Morgan is officially slated to make a chilling debut in the final episode of "The Walking Dead" Season 6. According to International Business Times, the 49-year-old American actor will play as the notorious antagonist in the comic book series, Negan. Negan happens to be the group leader of 50 survivors in Washington D.C. called the Saviors.
As for the official plot synopsis of episode 16, AMC notes, "Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and the group must go outside the walls to leave the safety to Alexandria in order to save one of their own. What they experience on the road will change their lives forever."
