God of War 4: Developer Hints Need for More Employees for Possible GOW Game? Kratos Rumored to Return Again

Santa Monica Studios' idea of God of War 4 has been quite a continuous norm that fans of the series have talked about. Given that not all the titles of the series were considerably perfect, some believe that God of War 4 may be one to save the series from further oblivion.

According to Ecumenical News, one of the more prominent rumors that has gone around regarding God of War 4 is the return of Kratos, despite the ending that transpired within the third title. As far as a plot is concerned, the said rumor is backed up by the fact that Kratos could face more gods from other mythologies; some candidates include Athena and Loki.

As per The Bit Bag, Santa Monica Studios may be giving away their plans of making a God of War 4 due to the announcement of a mass hiring for the company. It was rumored that Santa Monica Studios is in need of over 50 employees, which will be needed for a potential God of War title that stays unnamed for the time being.

Previous reports noted that Santa Monica Studios is working on another IP with the working title Bound. Due to the aforementioned IP confirmed of being a collaboration with Plastic Studios, there is a presumption that this is what takes Santa Monica Studios' time. This also somewhat justifies to the gamers that it could be the utmost reason behind the requirement of the developer to get another team in the attempt to make another God of War game. Furthermore, the next game is also said to be either a more peculiar continuity, or just an entire reboot of the whole franchise.

No release date or announcement that pertains to the possible creation of God of War 4 has been laid out to the public, as per Santa Monica Studios. Stay tuned for more God of War 4 news.
