F1 Engineer Jock Clear said that renowned racer Michael Schumacher was right when he urged Ferrari to have Sebastian Vettel for the team. Schumacher believes in Vettel's talents as he also eventually turn out to be the company's hope to reclaim their heyday.

Before his retirement in 2012, Schumacher proved himself to be one of the best formula racers in the world and so Engineer Jock Clear trusted his words about Sebastian Vettel joining the Ferrari team which, according to Clear was accurate.

According to Wheels24, Clear said that Schumacher was "absolutely right" about urging Ferrari to get the driver on the team. "Michael Schumacher always boasted about Sebastian. And he was absolutely right. Now that I work with Sebastian at Ferrari, I can confirm that nothing Michael had said about him was exaggerated," Clear said.

Clear also commended Vettel's loyalty to detail that urges the staff and the entire team to bring the best out of their work. He also noted that his contribution to the success of the team is invaluable and added that, "the nature of his work is precisely the difference between a four-time world champion and other drivers in the pitlane," Clear mentioned.

Schumacher is still on his road to recovery after a horrific accident in the French Alps in 2013. He is currently being given special medical attention by experts in his own home, and updates about his condition have been scarce due to the family's request for privacy.

As reported by The Bitbag, Schumacher's manager, Sabine Kehm supported the family's decision also following his previous conversation where Schumacher reportedly hinted at wanting to disappear from the public eye.

Messages of support and faster recovery have also flooded for the renowned racer from his friends and colleagues. Pope Francis also once offered a prayer for him during his visit to the F1 headquarters. As reported by Cross Map, the father of F1 Marussia driver Jules Bianchi, Philippe Bianchi, was the most recent message of encouragement to the family.

Jules Bianchi died after undergoing comatose due to an accident that ensued in the Japanese Grand Prix. "We unfortunately experienced a painful tragedy as well, and like us they (the Schumacher family) showed their strength and have never let go of Michael... For what I can say, it is to not let go. So long as Michael is still there, he fights," Philippe Bianchi said.

"He is the greatest champion that formula one has known. Jules was very touched by the accident that happened to him (Schumacher) and today I pray that he can get through it, as he is still there and there is always hope," he added.

Several claims have surfaced since the media blackout on Michael Schumacher's health status, which were confirmed to be false. Sabine Kehm stated that official updates regarding Schumacher's health will come from her and the racer's family.
