According to Cine Linx, Naughty Dog recently announced that the much anticipated Uncharted 4: A Thief's End will be sharing a multiplayer beta early this month. It is yet another handsome declaration by Naughty Dog for the fans that look to make the more out of the last title, since the developers have been rather generous with news as of late.
Noted by Game Pur, Sony announced the particular game's multiplayer beta via social media, and was quoted, "Get a taste of the Uncharted 4 multiplayer action ahead of Nathan Drake's upcoming adventure, exclusive to PlayStation 4. During the Open Weekend, which runs from 17:00GMT 4 March and finishes on 6 March, you're invited to play team deathmatch on three maps based on stunning locations from the single player campaign."
As per We Got This Covered, the said beta may be the key to giving the players an idea on what to expect for the said multiplayer feature of the game, as well as a first-hand feel. It was not so far back when Uncharted 4: A Thief's End showed the world the most prominent attributes of the multiplayer, such as the assistive allies present while in the mode.
Naughty Dog confirmed that Uncharted 4: A Thief's End will be the last Uncharted game that they will be working on. This, however, does not depict that there will no longer be any games in relation to the franchise. Rumors have recently gone around that a prequel might be in order, and even a much more difficult sequel to the upcoming fourth expansion. The last chapter of Nathan Drake's adventures is slated for release on April 26, 2016.
