PC gamers who are continually itching to get their hands on WWE 2K16 will finally get a taste of fun playing their favourite professional wrestlers come March 11. Meanwhile, the game's final and last DLC becomes available today, February 23.
Via its official website, 2K has confirmed last week that the much awaited PC version of WWE 2K16 is finally coming this March 11th and pre-order is up now on Steam for $50. It added that the game is in final stage of development for the said platform and that it will contain all the in-game content released for Xbox One and PS4 console editions.
Examples of these are Terminator DLC featuring playable versions of Arnold Schwarzenegger as T-800 from the two movies. Also, it will include other playable characters like the Wrestling icons Big Boss Man, Dusty Rhodes, Curt Hennig, Roddy Piper and Trish Stratus.
.2K also outlined the minimum system requirements for WWE 2K16 PC Version, as reported by Yibada:
- Sound Card:DirectX9.0x compatible sound card
- OS: 64-bit: Windows Vista SP2
- Processor: Phenom II X2 550/ Intel i3-2105
- Memory: 4GB RAM Graphics: Radeon HD 5870 / GeForce GTX 460
- Storage: 44GB available space
- DirectX: Version 11
In more news, the final and last DLC instalment for WWE 2K16 is set to be launched today, February 23 on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. Dubbed as Hall of Fame Showcase, it will feature 20 playable legends, seven classic matches plus 6 new playable arenas, Tech Times noted as announced by 2K.
In this latest addition, players can get to play iconic wrestlers such as Macho Man Randy Savage, The Rock, Jake The Snake Roberts, Rikishi, Larry Zbyszko, Alundra Blayze, Arn Anderson, The Outsiders (Kevin Nash and Scott Hall), The Bushwhackers, et al.
The seven playable matches within the Hall of Fame Showcase are: Savage vs. Roberts, Rikishi vs. The Rock, Blayze vs. Paige, The Bushwhackers vs. The Natural Disasters (Earthquake and Typhoon), The Outsiders vs. Harlem Heat (Booker T and Stevie Ray), Zbyszko and Anderson vs. Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat and Dustin Rhodes and Ric Flair vs. Japanese sensation Tatsumi Fujinami.
WWE 2K16 Hall of Fame Showcase can be bought separately for a price of $9.99 while season pass holders can get a hold of it at no additional charge.
