Despite the uproar of show's fans regarding the budding relationship of Zoe and Ichabod, 'Sleepy Hollow' season 3 seems unstoppable to feature more of their sweetness. But the love they found in each other comes with a hiccup. Ichabod knows that his romantic gesture with Zoe can have lasting impact.
In an interview with TVLine, actress Maya Kazan said that she can't blame why many fans hate her character because of their intense love for Abbie and Crane. She also revealed that she felt strange how her character becomes "the other woman" when Zoe has clear intentions for Crane. But despite the dislikes, she said that no one should stand between her character and Ichabod.
Kazan added that Zoe does not find anything wrong with Ichabod's behaviour and style. Zoe has no idea of his situation. But she thinks Crane is a "little eccentric" and "something appealing" in his old-fashioned charm.
However, Zoe and Ichabod relationship might be short lived. According to an episode synopsis of 'Sleepy Hollow' season 3, "Crane finds that his romantic encounters with Zoe may have caused long-lasting trouble." Kazan revealed that the secret that Ichabod keeps can cause tensions between the two. And that could be a factor why their relationship won't be very healthy and dynamic.
Meanwhile, Breathecast reported that 'Sleepy Hollow' season 3 episode 11 will feature a returning ghost with new agenda. As per synopsis from CarterMatt, the Kindred is bound to return with new aim-either finding a wife or becoming a human.
