The Flash Season 2: Barry Allen meets Killer Frost of Earth-2

By

It was only a matter of time before Flash crosses over into Earth 2. That is the exciting tease for the upcoming episode where Barry Allen (Grant Gustin), Cisco Ramon, and Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) do take a trip to the other universe to rescue Wells' daughter from Zoom. The first shock comes when they encounter Killer Frost and her partner, Deathstorm.

Danielle Panabaker takes us into the heads of her characters, the evil Killer Frost of Earth 2 and the goody-good scientist Caitlin Snow of Earth 1. In an interview with TV Line, she says that not surprisingly, her character is not thrilled to see the Earth 1 characters come into her territory. She and husband Deathstorm launch an attack against Team Earth 1 and will not stop until they succeed. Panabaker describes their relationship as more of "Bonnie-and-Clyde," villains who love each other and who love doing bad things together.

Killer Frost controls cold things and can fire off icicles from her hands. Deathstorm is a walking breathing nuclear force of energy who can destroy entire cities at will.

Meanwhile, on Earth 1, Caitlin Snow is trying to manage things at S.T.A.R Labs with Earth-1's Flash, a de-powered Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears). Panabaker says the romance between the two is real, but it will be slow-going.

Things will speed up, though. Den of Geek reveals that another speedster will be joining Earth 1: Eliza Paige also known as Trajectory. Allison Page will be playing the fastest woman there is with a twist; apparently, she got her powers from DC's ultimate baddie, Lex Luthor.

The Christian Post hints that things will also heat up with the arrival of Griffin Grey. In the comics, Grey is a friend of Bart Allen (Barry's grandson). A freak accident gives him lightning powers while accelerating his age.
