The supposed last installment, Dark Souls III is still on its way to being launched to the public in a few months but gamers are being treated to more minor details that can prove beneficial in determining what the game can offer. For the time being, screenshots of the title have gone viral online and they light up the path of the road to Dark Souls.

According to Euro Gamer, Bandai Namco and From Software's Dark Souls III has gone through some immense changes upon its creation and now that the months come closer, screenshots were bestowed upon the anticipating fans of the series. The beginning of the game starts rather unconventionally if some are to say, and the journey after crawls even more interestingly.

Reported by Gematsu, players will start the title revived in the Untended Graves as an Unkindled wherein gamers are to verse the powerful Ludex Gundyr to be tested of being worthy of advancing. From there, gamers will head to the Firelink Shrine as they encounter the Fire Keeper that attends to a bonfire, serving players on their perilous adventure. The entities do not stop there, as characters such as Hawkwood, an Unkindled and fugitive from Farron's Undead Legion surround the shrine.

A strange man known as Ludleth of Courland and a Llord of Cinder will also be seen within the confines of Firelink Shrine, as per Forbes. Dark Souls III's Firelink Shrine will start the gamer's trip towards the fantasy adventure that is promised by the fourth installment, and will continue to do so.

The release date for Dark Souls III stays on April 12th, 2016 for the North American and European territories altogether. It will be made available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the PC platforms on the said dates, and Bandai Namco along with From Software believe that the last installment in the Dark Souls series should go out with a powerful bang.
