A man dubbed by authorities "Bordeaux Bandit" for his record of stealing expensive wines in the Northeast was sentenced to prison for stealing video game equipment and jewelry. Warrants from other States are expected to be tended after his sentence.

As reported by The Seattle Times, Scott Deluca from Cohoes, New York was sentenced to 90 days in prison in Rhode Island for larceny after he took Nintendo Wii, games, a controller and jewelry from an apartment in Cumberland in 2011.

His sentence gives credit for the time he served since January 11 and the remainder of his six-year sentence was suspendedl. According to Valley Breeze, Deluca's sentence included restitution payment of $6,188 as well as an order to stay away and prohibition to contact his father's former girlfriend and the victim in the case, Daisy Ayala.

A warrant of arrest was issued for Deluca after he failed to appear in court in July 1, 2014. Deluca pleaded no contest before Superior Court Magistrate John McBurney III last Wednesday. Aside from the larceny charge, Deluca is also wanted in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey for stealing expensive wines.

According to a report by ABC News, a warrant of arrest for wine theft was also issued for Deluca in Groton, Connecticut for stealing a 1990 Chateau Petrus wine in the storage area of Mystic Marriott Hotel's Octagon restaurant.

Deluca was arrested earlier this month for shoplifting after an off-duty officer found him at a shopping center and called the police. The defendant's lawyer, attorney Thomas Thomasian said that he cannot comment on other cases outside of the court.

After his sentence is finished, the attorney general's office stated that Deluca will face fugitive from justice charge and extradition charges. He is also expected to face charges filed against him in other States.
