Nick Cannon sends best wishes to ex-wife Mariah Carey, fiance James Packer

Nick Cannon has sent his best wishes to ex-wife Mariah Carey and her soon-to-be husband, James Packer. Last week, the billionaire Australian casino owner proposed to Carey, giving her a 35-carat diamond and platinum engagement ring.

According to Billboard, the rapper and actor took it to Instagram as he sent goodwill to the newly-engaged couple. It was a meme, showing a photo of himself lying in a hospital bed while BET'S Real Husbands of Hollywood star, Kevin Hart, looking over him. It was captioned, "It's just a ring Nick," to which Cannon said "Ha! This made me laugh out loud for real!!! HILARIOUS!"

The message continued, "#AllLove Congrats to @MariahCarey and James! May God Bless Your Future Union... #GreatPeople #GreatCouple," Reality TV World reported.

It will be remembered that Cannon and the female pop star got married in 2008, being married for six years after they announced their divorce in 2014. They are parents to now four-year-old twins, son Moroccan and daughter Marilyn.

News 24 further stated that for Cannon, the "We Belong Together" singer will always be special in his heart. He added further that through his learning process, he realized that one never says never especially on the people one truly cares for. For him, his family will always be the love of his life and that will never change. This also leads to him feeling disappointed as some people want to inject negativity where in fact, there is really no pessimism involved in the first place.

Meanwhile, the "Hero" singer revealed that she wants a summer wedding in the Mediterranean region where she and her fiancé first fell in love. She added that she has changed her mind for her upcoming wedding as she wants it to be beautiful but humble instead of being the biggest and most expensive wedding the world will be witnessing.
