It's no longer a surprise when reports of a celebrity arrest has been made over drug charges are posted online. So when reports came in of ATL rapper Young Dro getting arrested by the cops, there was a number of people who was no longer surprised.

According to jail records, the rapper was arrested in Atlanta over a drug charge. The arrest comes a day after his latest video for the song "Hustle Gang" was released and made public. Based on the information on police records, D'Juan Montreal Hart aka Young Dro was arrested on Thursday for violating the controlled substance act of Georgia. The records did not indicate what the actual substance was, but because he was arrested, it could mean something serious. The 37-year-old was arrested by Police Sgt. Ashanti Marbury, who says he doesn't know what substance it was. As for when the rapper will be released, there aren't any available reports on that yet. It is believed that the rapper could remain in police custody until at least his bond hearing date.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time Young Dro was arrested. In March 2015, he was arrested and accused of grand theft auto in DeKalb County. The charge came in after an exotic dancer alleged the rapper had borrowed her Cadillac in February. The dancer agreed to let him borrow the car only if he would pick her up when she was done with her shift at the Pink Pony Club. According to the dancer, the rapper never showed up. Thanks to OnStar, she was able to locate her missing car; which Young Dro dumped in an abandoned parking lot. The police arrived at the scene around the same time as the dancer discovered her missing car. They were called in after two men driving recklessly in the area were reported. When police searched the vehicle, they found drugs and a gun, which they arrested the dancer for and filed charges against. After the dancer was released, she filed the grand theft auto report against the rapper. This led to his arrest in March.
