Innovative smartphone manufacturer Vivo has released the X6 Plus. The looks of this phone very much resembles Apple's Iphone and it recieves different reactions from consumers.

Without having to take a second look, the X6 Plus design instantly reminds users of the iPhone 6 plus. It has the same metal body and antenna bandings at the back. The overall size is 158.4 x 80 x 6.9 mm (6.24 x 3.15 x 0.27 in) and weighs 171 g (6.03 oz). But its larger size makes it harder to handle and operate comfortably with just a single hand. However, users will have that solid feel when operating this device as reported by Phones Arena.

Gifted with a large screen that measures 5.7-inch 1080 x 1920 and an AMOLED screen, it packs all the qualities that gizmo fans will love, its vibrant color reproduction, deep black color, sharpness and wide viewing angles are some of the reasons to name a few.

According to What Tech, there is a reason it was featured at the Qualcomm show, and that is because of its processor which is the Snapdragon 616 SoC coupled with a hefty 4GB of RAM, and it uses the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop as its operating system. It manages files using a 64GB of internal storage with external SD card options. This phones manages to go through the basic operations of a regular smartphones, but experts are yet to see its performance on today's demanding 3D games.

Reviews from GSM Arena says that when snapping photos, clicker enthusiast will find this device handy since it is equipped with a 13-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter. It also has a phase and face detection feature, autofocus, touch focus, geo-tagging and can take panorama and HDR photos. With a higher specs on the front cam, it is inclining more on the selfie-heroes out there.

It is not new in the smartphone world that other companies borrow designs from others, in this case from Apples iPhone. Fans say that it is Vivos way to make noise in an already saturated, highly-competed industry.
