The release date of Frozen 2 has yet to be announced by Disney, however, a lot of rumors and speculations are already circulating on the internet. One rumor that is almost confirmed is that Frozen 2 will introduce female snowman, as revealed by voice cast Josh Gad. Meanwhile, Anna's power could be related to hot season.

According to Movie News Guide, Josh Gad, the man behind Olaf's voice said that there would be a female counterpart to the jolly and positive snowman. Josh Gad stated that her name will most likely sound like Eliana. However, Disney made no comment about this and sent no confirmation.

Chris Buck, director of Frozen 2 said that there are a lot of things to figure out in the sequel, especially that he knows expectations are really high for the upcoming sequel. The first film, Frozen, was a massive success and so Director Buck is working very hard these days making sure that he takes Frozen 2 very seriously, as reported by Crossmap.

There have been no reports yet regarding the plot or the storyline of Frozen 2, but Disney vows that Prince Hans will certainly be coming back. What's more interesting is that Prince Hans would be Elsa's love interest in Frozen 2.

Rumors say that Elsa's acceptance of Prince Hans after what he has done in the first film, accordingly, suggests that the plot of Frozen 2 will focus on forgiveness and second chances. There are also rumors that Prince Hans will have a change of heart and will now try to save Arendelle from a new villain - this eventually would win Queen Elsa's heart.

According to Youth Health Magazine, it's also possible that Anna will unleash her super powers in the upcoming Frozen 2. The fact that Elsa has a super power makes it possible for Anna to also have one. Some say that Anna's power might be connected to summer or fall.

Chris Buck also hinted that Elsa went through a very dramatic character arc in the first film, and so the team will try to lighten her up in Frozen 2. Jennifer Lee will join Chris Buck directing Frozen 2 and reports say that the film might be set for release in 2018.
