'Shameless' Season 6 'Abortion Rules' Episode airs Jan. 17th; Debbie confirmed pregnant?

EP Nancy Pimental reveals some details on what's happening next on "Shameless" Season 6 especially to Debbie. Also, the official plot for episode 2 has been released while a recap of the previous episode is provided here.

Executive producer Nancy Pimental discussed with TV Line on what fans should expect in "Shameless" Season 6.

Pimental stated. "Yes Debbie Gallagher (Emma Kenney) is preggers - a fact she lies to about Fiona Gallagher (Emmy Rossum) who is relieved to learn her sister isn't expecting. The pregnant truth comes out when the parents of Deb's baby daddy come knocking, wanting to know what the eldest Gallagher is going to do. Carl Gallagher (Ethan Cutkosky) could not have pick a juicier time to come home from juvie.

When not worrying about Debbie, Fiona is making out with Sean Pierce (Dermot Mulroney). But not everyone is in the mood for love. Ian Gallagher (Cameron Monaghan) initially refuses to see Michael "Mickey" Milkovich (Noel Fisher) in jail and then falsely promises his ex that he'll wait for him."

As for the official synopsis of episode 2, TV details that Debbie will carry a bag of flour for one day to prove to Fiona that she can raise a child while studying. However, she suddenly realizes that not all people does not have the same perception as she has.

For the recap of the first episode, TV Fanatic has noted that Carl was finally released from the juvenile jail unfortunately, he didn't change. Then Chuckie, who had a fragment of Carl's juvenile sentence is still behind bars. While Mickey, has a longer sentence to serve inside the jail. Elsewhere Sammi transforms from good girl to bad.

"Shameless" Season 6 Episode 2 is entitled as "Abortion Rules". The forthcoming episode is scheduled to premiere on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. exclusively on Showtime. "Shameless" is an American comedy-drama TV series developed by John Wells. The storyline is is a remake of Paul Abbott's British series under the same name.
